What you will do:
- Perform non-invasive leak detection services for residential and small commercial properties using advanced equipment and technology.
- Diagnose and pinpoint water leaks in plumbing systems, slabs, walls, and underground lines.
- Provide accurate assessments and detailed reports of findings, including photos and documentation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining issues and recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with plumbing teams to ensure timely and effective repairs after detection.
- Maintain and calibrate leak detection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and attend required safety training.
- Educate customers on preventative measures and best practices for avoiding future leaks.
Who you are:
- 1–5 years of plumbing or leak detection experience preferred
- Familiarity with acoustic, thermal, and tracer gas leak detection methods
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Current plumbing certification or related license (preferred but not required)
